My bad. 074 was a Friday, that lead into a very busy weekend and week where I was away and slammed the whole time. Barely had time to think about eating, let along recording what I ate!
So, it’s a good thing I stated up front that this wasn’t a scientific endeavor by any stretch. Simply a recording of personal experience. I stand firm that this log should not be misconstrued as evidence to support any claim.
That said, I will do my best to hit the highlights, for the record:
75/76 weekend:
- Easter candy galore. It’s tradition, and I stuck to it. Spice jelly beans, cadbury eggs, chocolate, peanut butter cups, the works. No shame, no regret, just bliss and then back to reality.
- A delicious easter dinner of lamb, sausage, potatoes, vegetables, horseradish, the works again, cooked by my mother-in-law who is primal-conscious.
- Of course, wine.
- Hard Cider here and there.
77/78 before I left town:
- Easter dinner leftovers
- Dried mango
- Espresso
- BCAA/Creatine
